Born In Akçadağ Of Malatya In 1955. Completed His Primary, Secondary And High School Education In Malatya. Graduated From Atatürk University Faculty Of Medicine In 1980. Worked As A Pracititioner In Eskimalatya Community Clinic. Did His Military Service As A Military Doctor. Completed His Medical Specialization Between The Years Of 1986 And 1989 In Atatürk University Faculty Of Medicine In Physical Therapy And Rehabilitation Department. He Worked In Erzurum Numune Hospital As A Physical Therapy And Rehabilitation Specialist From 1990 Till 2008 And He Retired From There. He Has Been Working In Private Buhara Hospital Since 2008. He Is Married With 3 Children.
